PART 1 INTRODUCTION:
This pvc plastic foam board extrusion line is specially designed to produce kinds of applications of pvc free foam board, with properties of acoustic insulation, acoustic absorption, heat insulation, heat presveration and so on, which can be used safely with characteristics of flame retardancy, self-extinguishing and fireproofing.

PART 4: SHEET CHARACHTERISTICS:

Pvc crust foamed plate has such characteristics as sound separation ,sound absorption, heat separation,temperature keeping

The material is incombustible,it is safe for use.

All series of products have property of moisture proof, mildew proof, water resistance, its vibration resistant effect is good .

All series of products have property of weathering proof,its luster may remain forever, it is not easy to be ageing.

This product is light ,storage &transport ,construction are rather convient

This product can be worked with normal tools for wooden material

Drilling ,sawing ,nail,planing,bonding can be conducted like wooden material

It is suitable for thermal shaping ,thermal bending and fold processing

It can be welded, it can also be boned with other pvc material

The surface of this product is smooth ,it can be printed (clean the surface before printing)

PART 5: DELIVERY, PAYMENT AND AFTER SALES SERVICE:

2. Payment: 40% T/T for the prepayment, 60% T/T for the downpayment before delivery
3. After sale service: We will send our engineers to customers factory to install and test the machines, and train their workers.
4. Guaranteed time: 18 months for the machenical parts, 12 months for the electrical parts.
